Norway vs England: July 11 at 21:00 GMT, at Hard Rock Stadium.
Argentina vs Switzerland: July 12, in Kansas City, after Argentina's comeback win over Egypt (3-2) and Switzerland's penalty-shootout victory over Colombia (0-0, 4-3).
